Course Description
This course presents the principles of project leadership especially using interpersonal skills. Attendees practice different roles in heavily intensive workshops with the individual guidance of the instructor. Great emphasis is placed on Definition of project leadership, Leadership vs. managing, Leadership styles, Leadership and the project management process, and Influencing and motivation.
